Do I have to be on camera?

Not if you don't want to be. Plenty of great content is product shots, behind-the-scenes footage, and b-roll of your business in action. And if you do want to be on camera, we guide you through every second of filming so it feels easy, no scripts to memorize.

Honestly? There's no magic button, and anyone who guarantees virality isn't being straight with you. Going viral is a mix of the right hook, the right format, consistency, and a little luck. What we collect

When you contact us or subscribe, we collect the details you provide: name, business name, email, phone number, social media handles, website, and what you tell us about your business. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, which handles your card details directly, we never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, deliver our services, manage your subscription, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only trusted service providers who help us operate: Stripe (payments), our form provider (inquiry delivery), and the social platforms where we publish your content. Each handles data under its own terms.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing inmomentatl@gmail.com.

Terms & Conditions

Services

We offer monthly content subscription plans (Starter, Visibility, Growth) and an optional Done-for-You Management add-on. The Management add-on covers distribution and management of the content included in your selected plan, it is not additional content on top of your plan.

Billing

Plans are monthly recurring subscriptions billed through Stripe on the date you subscribe and on that same date each month, until cancelled.

Content Days

Your plan includes one Content Day per month (an extended session on the Growth plan), scheduled after your first payment. Short-form videos are produced in vertical format for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook Reels.

Turnaround

Edited content is typically delivered within 7 to 10 business days of your Content Day.

Revisions

Each video includes up to one round of minor revisions. Additional revisions may be quoted separately.

Monthly content & rollover

Your monthly content allotment does not roll over to future months.

Raw footage

Raw, unedited footage is not included and remains the property of In the Moment Creative unless purchased separately.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide the access we need (e.g., account logins where applicable) and to review and approve content promptly. Delayed approvals may affect your posting schedule.

Service area & travel

We are based in Conyers, GA and serve Metro Atlanta. Locations outside our standard service area may incur a travel fee, quoted and agreed in advance.

Missed sessions

If a scheduled Content Day is missed without at least 24 hours notice, that month's session is forfeited.

Results

We work hard to grow your visibility, but specific results are not guaranteed and vary by business, effort, and market.

Cancellation Policy

In the Moment Creative LLC • Last updated September 2026

Cancelling your subscription

Your plan is month-to-month. To cancel, email inmomentatl@gmail.com at least 7 days before your next renewal date to avoid being billed for the following month. You'll keep access to the current month you've already paid for.

Refunds

Because work and planning begin at the start of each billing cycle, monthly fees are non-refundable once the cycle has begun.

Rescheduling a Content Day

Need to move your session? Let us know at least 48 hours in advance and we'll find a new time within the same month where availability allows.

No-shows

If you miss a scheduled Content Day without at least 24 hours notice, that month's session is forfeited and is not refunded or rescheduled.

Travel fees

Sessions outside our standard Metro Atlanta service area may incur a travel fee, quoted and agreed before booking.
